It is a church carved into the rock in tuff steep rocky roadside at the entrance of Ayazini town of İhsaniye district. The characteristic of the church structure is that it has an apse and a dome carved on the rock surface as an external façade. There are small protrusions on the left side of the apse. The section entered from the left side and there are two entries from the side and back sections. The side and rear walls have arched niches adjacent to each other. The niches include cross and lettering reliefs. The main section is cruciform vaulted, with a middle dome and there are traces indicating that it is carried with four legs. It is a monastery built in 1000s with its rock rooms adjacent to its surroundings.
