Bininler Rock Settlements
4 km west of the village of Senir in Şuhut district, it is a high plateau area and settlements were established on the riverside, upper plains and rocks. The plain is the ruins, the streets are prominent and the foundations of construction are seen. The andesite rocks, which reach steep heights of 5-6 m in places, lie side by side in the form of single, two and three storey houses. The lower floors of the houses were built as animal shelter and the upper floors as human shelter. It is understood that some rocks were built in the form of burial boats or chambers. The boat grave lids resemble the sarcophagus lids with a triangular roof. Therefore, the settlement here seems to have existed since the Late Roman period.
